Peter Duncan made his first visit to Scotland yesterday (26th July) in his new capacity as Chief Scout. He made a special trip to the 30th Blair Atholl Jamborette in Perthshire. After cycling into the site with the Scouts participating in the Bothy Cycle he took part in various activities on site culminating in a Burns Supper with the Staff. He even wore a kilt for the occasion!
The SSNC Chairman, Dave Moore, along with SSNC Rep to the Scottish Board, Callum Scott, took the opportunity to welcome him to Scotland and are pictured alongside the Chief Scout, Eleanor Lyall, Chief Commisioner and Camp Chief John Kennedy.
