Niall Williams is to be appointed Scottish Headquarters Commissioner (Scout Network).

Niall has been involved in the Scout Network since its introduction in 2002 as Area Scout Network Commissioner in the former Fife Area and currently holds the appointment of Assistant Regional Commissioner (Scout Network) in East Region, a role that he will terminate by the end of 2008.
